Shipping Policy

Most parts will ship in 1-3 days except special order or build-to-order items.  Complete units may also ship in 1-3 days, however, non stock items may take two weeks or more. We will provide you with our best time estimate given the information available at the time your order is placed. 

All parts will ship by UPS.  Complete units will ship via LTL on the most economical carrier operating in the delivery area. All shipments must be made to a physical street address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

WH Distributors normally sends out tracking information via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@whdistributors.com or 412-471-6984.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to order processing and shipment.

Return Policy

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including original outgoing and return shipping. All special order items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned items must be new and in re-saleable condition.
